On the advice of the Cincinnati art department and staff, and because of input we have received from others, the NMA Executive Board has voted to change this year's rally theme to "Moonlight in Vermont." It was thought that the previously suggested theme was much too close to our theme from just 2 years ago.Thank you for your understanding.
